1. Warranty Information
All Golden Eagle Corporation products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. Our warranty terms are designed to protect your investment and ensure your satisfaction with our equipment.
Standard Warranty Terms:
- Warranty Period: 2 years from the date of delivery
- Coverage: Manufacturing defects and material quality issues
- Spare Parts: Free replacement of defective parts during warranty period
- Technical Support: Free technical consultation during warranty period
Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- Damage caused by improper operation or misuse
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by transportation (unless arranged by us)
- Consumable parts such as filters, seals, and nozzles
2. Return Policy
Due to the nature of industrial equipment, returns are subject to specific conditions:
Eligible for Return:
- Products with manufacturing defects discovered within 7 days of delivery
- Products that do not match the specifications agreed upon in the order
- Products damaged during shipping (if insured by us)
Return Process:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide order number, description of issue, and photo documentation
- Obtain return authorization from our team
- Ship the item back in original packaging (at customer's expense unless defective)
- Refund will be processed within 15 business days after inspection
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or specially ordered equipment
- Products that have been used or modified
- Products without original packaging
- Spare parts and consumables
