For custom or specially ordered equipment, availability will be confirmed after order placement.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products under these Terms. We may accept or decline your order at our sole discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding agreement is formed only when we send a formal order confirmation and receive the required payment.

4.2 Payment Terms

We offer the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (T/T): 30-50% deposit, balance before shipment
• Letter of Credit (L/C): Irrevocable L/C at sight
• PayPal: For orders under $10,000 (additional fees apply)
• Trade Assurance: For Alibaba platform orders

Payment terms are as specified in your order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

4.3 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

• Cancellation request received before production begins
• Standard products (not custom-made) may be cancelled with a 10% cancellation fee
• Custom or specially ordered equipment may not be cancellable once production has started
• Fully customized OEM products are non-refundable

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. For transactions in other currencies, the exchange rate will be based on the rate at the time of payment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods including:

• Sea Freight: Recommended for large equipment (20-40 days)
• Air Freight: For urgent orders (5-10 days)
• Express Courier: DHL, FedEx, UPS for small packages (3-7 days)
• Rail Freight: For certain regions (15-25 days)

Shipping method will be determined based on order size, destination, and urgency.

5.2 Delivery Times

Delivery dates are estimates only and are based on production lead time and shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers and logistics providers
• Customs clearance procedures
• Import/export regulations
• Natural disasters, wars, or force majeure events
• Labor disputes or strikes
• Government actions or restrictions

5.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier at our warehouse. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable equipment.

5.4 Customs and Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in their country. We will provide commercial invoices and other documentation required for customs clearance.

5.5 Delivery Inspection

Buyers must inspect all shipments upon delivery:

• Check package condition before signing delivery receipt
• Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
• Photograph damaged packages before opening
• Report damage within 24 hours of delivery

6. Warranty

6.1 Warranty Coverage

All Golden Eagle Corporation products are covered by our standard manufacturer's warranty:

• Warranty Period: 2 years from the date of delivery
• Coverage: Manufacturing defects and material quality issues
• Spare Parts: Free replacement of defective parts during warranty period
• Technical Support: Free technical consultation during warranty period

6.2 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does NOT cover:

• Damage caused by improper operation, misuse, or neglect
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Consumable parts (filters, seals, nozzles, etc.)
• Damage caused by transportation (unless arranged by us)
• Software issues or computer virus damage
• Use of non-genuine spare parts or accessories
• Operating the equipment outside specified parameters

6.3 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

1. Contact us with your order number and description of the issue
2. Provide photos or video documentation of the problem
3. Our technical team will diagnose the issue
4. Defective parts will be shipped at no cost (buyer may be responsible for shipping)
5. Technical support via email, phone, or video call

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Policy

Due to the nature of industrial equipment, returns are subject to specific conditions:

• Eligible Returns: Products with manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made equipment, used products, spare parts
• Return Authorization: Required before returning any product

• Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after inspection

In any case, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product photos, videos, animations, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Beijing Golden Eagle Corporation or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, earthquakes, floods
• War, terrorism, civil unrest
• Government actions, sanctions, embargoes
• Strikes, labor disputes
• Supply chain disruptions
• Pandemics or epidemics
• Circumstances making performance commercially unacceptable

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through:
