Do you ship and install worldwide?
Yes. We export to 30+ countries with seaworthy export crating, and provide remote guidance or on-site installation, commissioning and operator and process training.
Can I buy a single machine or a complete line?
Both. Start with a single machine or a lab-scale unit and expand later, or order a complete matched turnkey etching line.
What are your lead time and warranty?
Standard machines usually ship within a few weeks; turnkey lines are scheduled by configuration. Machines include a warranty with long-term spare-parts support, with exact terms confirmed on the order.
What payment and trade terms do you accept?
We work on FOB, CIF and other common international trade terms and assist with export documentation through your freight forwarder.
