GE-VP60120 double-running-table silk screen printing machine — dual-table format for non-stop loading + printing cycle.

What Is a Double-Running-Table Silk Screen Printing Machine (GE-VP60120)?

The Double-Running-Table Silk Screen Printing Machine GE-VP60120 is a high-throughput variant of the GE-VP60120 platform. It adds a second print table that runs in parallel with the primary one: while one panel is being printed, the operator unloads the finished panel and loads the next blank on the second table. The result is a non-stop load + print cycle with effectively zero waiting time between prints, raising real-world throughput close to the rated 1000 panels/hour.

The dual-table configuration is targeted at PCB and nameplate shops running two or three shifts a day, where the few seconds saved per cycle add up to a substantial productivity gain over a year. The rest of the machine is identical to the standard GE-VP60120: 600 × 1200 mm print area, ±0.05 mm registration, pneumatic squeegee drive, and full HMI recipe control.

Scope of application: PCB, FR4, solder-mask, photoresist, SMT solder paste, glass, optical disc, nameplate, film switch and other planar electronic substrates.

Beijing Golden Eagle manufactures the GE-VP60120D in Beijing. CE-certified, 12-month machine warranty, 24-month PLC/HMI warranty.

Process Flow

  1. Load panel A — operator places blank PCB on table A while table B is printing.
  2. Print panel B — table B completes its print cycle — squeegee stroke, flood stroke, screen lift.
  3. Swap tables — the machine auto-cycles to table A; table B is now in load/unload position.
  4. Unload panel B — operator removes the finished panel from table B; prints go to UV-cure or drying.
  5. Align + print panel A — the screen prints panel A with the same recipe as panel B.
  6. Repeat — cycle continues — print B, swap, print A, swap, etc.
  7. Inspect + cure — finished panels are inspected visually or by AOI, then routed to the cure oven.

Why Choose This Machine?

  • Dual-table non-stop cycle — while one table prints, the other is loaded — eliminates dead time between cycles, +20–30% effective throughput.
  • Same print quality as standard GE-VP60120 — identical pneumatics, screen frame, and HMI recipe system — no compromise on ±0.05 mm registration.
  • Single operator, two panels — one operator easily keeps both tables fed — no need for a second attendant.
  • Recipe-based HMI control — pressure, speed, stroke, vacuum, table-cycle timing all stored as recipes — repeat identical jobs months later.
  • Compact per-panel footprint — despite dual tables, the GE-VP60120D is only 800 mm longer than the single-table version.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between GE-VP60120 and GE-VP60120D?

The GE-VP60120D is the double-running-table variant of the GE-VP60120. It has a second parallel print table that auto-cycles with the first, eliminating the load-unload dead time and raising effective throughput by 20–30%.

What is the real-world throughput?

Rated at 1000 panels/hour. With the dual-table format, real-world throughput typically runs at 850–950 panels/hour because the load/unload step is no longer the bottleneck.

What substrates can the GE-VP60120D print?

Same as the GE-VP60120 — PCB, FR4, glass, ceramic, optical disc, nameplate, adhesive labels, film switch, etc.

Does the dual table need more air supply?

No. Both tables share the same 4.0–6.0 kgf/cm² clean dry air supply. Air consumption is roughly the same as a single-table machine.

What warranty and lead time come with the GE-VP60120D?

12-month machine warranty and 24-month PLC/HMI warranty. Standard ship time 25–35 working days from order.
