Precision Screen Printing Systems for PCB & Metal Sheet Manufacturing

Advanced screen printing solutions deliver micron-level deposition accuracy for solder masks, conductive traces, and functional coatings across PCB production and industrial applications. Core technologies include:

Semi-Automatic Printing Systems

Operating Principle: Pneumatic registration with ±25µm alignment precision ensures consistent pattern transfer through controlled squeegee pressure (4-6kg/cm²) and vacuum substrate fixation.

Key Applications:

Solder mask application on FR4 and metal-core PCBs with 50µm resolution
Legend printing for component identification with 0.1mm line accuracy
Conductive ink deposition for flexible circuits and touch panel interfaces

Fully Automated Production Lines

Operating Principle: Integrated vision alignment and dual-table operation enable 1000+ panels/hour throughput with <5µm registration drift during continuous operation.

Key Applications:

High-volume solder masking for automotive electronics manufacturing
Precision printing of EMI shielding coatings on 5G components
Multi-layer functional coatings for medical device encapsulation

Key Technical Notes:

  • Variable Tension Control: Pneumatic screen stretching maintains 30N/cm² consistent pressure to prevent pattern distortion in fine-pitch printing.
  • Ink Deposition Uniformity: Zoned squeegee pressure control ensures ±5µm coating thickness across 650×650mm panels.
  • Material Versatility: Compatible with substrates from 0.1mm flexible circuits to 15mm aluminum plates without recalibration.
  • Rapid Changeover: Tool-less screen clamping and preset profiles reduce job transitions to under 3 minutes.

FAQ – Four-Pillar Screen Printing In-line Line (GE2513H)

What substrate sizes does the GE2513H support?

The standard GE2513H is built for 2500×1300mm stainless steel sheets, 1-2mm thick. Other formats can be configured — contact our sales team with your substrate dimensions.

What UV wavelength is used?

The UV curing section uses three 11KW lamps with a 365nm main peak wavelength, suitable for typical UV-curable screen printing inks and coatings on stainless steel.

What is the positioning accuracy of the printer?

The four-pillar screen printer achieves ±0.15mm positioning accuracy using 6-point edge registration and a servo-driven print head on Hiwin linear guides.

Can the squeegee and flood angle be adjusted?

Yes. Both the squeegee and flood (return) blade can be set between 0 and 35 degrees, and the off-contact gap is adjustable from 0 to 25mm.

Is the line designed for continuous shift operation?

Yes. The line uses industrial-grade components (Mitsubishi PLC, Hiwin linear guides, Leadshine servo, Omron sensors, Airtac pneumatics) and includes over-temperature, leakage, light-source overheat, and e-stop protection for multi-shift production.

Can GE2513H be customized for other substrate sizes?

Yes. The infeed / inspection / UV conveyors, the printer frame, and the screen frame size can all be tailored. Send us your substrate dimensions and we will configure a quote.

What is the approximate total length of the line?

The line comprises four sections: an infeed conveyor (2700mm), the four-pillar printer (3800mm), an inspection conveyor (3000mm), and the UV curing conveyor (5200mm), for an approximate total line length of about 14.7m.
